i sent a email to treyarch 4 days ago asking if they would patch this glitch and they said yes, they said there on there final update on oct 30 that they would patch this and patch the dolphin dive rock barrier, the new five method where you need the speed cola to do it and that when you make the game lag it auto make the game reset by 10 seconds when the lag is over (so if you jump off a ledge and use a lag switch you won't go under the map it will just reset your game by 10 seconds).
