(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); My math teacher, 25 years old, gave us this Math problem as Warm Up Question.

If u were to create a new Black Ops acc, you do some hack Were Your Kills = X. And Your Deaths = Y.

X = All the kills Gotten by by all COD players.
Y= All the deaths by all COD players.

Will this acc have a a positive or negative ratio??

Correct Answer by NGU_Skrillex-

"It would be negative, because someone can't get a kill without the cost of another man's life, so figuring everyone would just kill each other, the player-wide K/D ratio would be 1.00. However that is not the case, as people commit suicide, inevitably making there more deaths than kills"

My bad bro i forgot the part where if you kill someone it also counts as a death to them and since we can count suicidal also it would be negative e.e

find me on twitter now
it would be 0.00 since 3arc would reset you for hacking :carling:

I guess everyone missed the point. Its in theory. If you kill someone it's 1.00, if you kill someone else your now 2.00 but because 2 people died you divide and its back to 1.00 again. But because people do die from falling whether on purpose or accidentally, this reduces the k/d to <1.00. I see that some peoples school failed to explain how a mathematical theory worked. Oh and for those who might try to argue me that this all a bunch of crap and that it's still positive, a theory can neither be proved or disproved.

but it isn't a theory, it is a fact...

Here's the thing. With it being constantly changing it's almost impossible to know within +/- 1.00 because of the ever changing players kill/death per player and suicides. This number being ever changing now makes it a theory because you can't get a finite answer. Another reason it's a theory is because there's no constant. Every number is a variable. The basic formula you would use would look something like ((X/Y)/Z). X=all players, Y=total kills, and Z=total deaths. Because people joining and creating new accounts X always changes, every second another kill is made so Y is always changing, and because a kill is made, someone is killed so now Z always changes. So once again, without a finite number in any of those places, you have a theory because you have nothing to give you even a remotely accurate number.

You do not have to look at it by number of players/accounts. It is irrelevant.

Rather look at the total kills, deaths, and suicides in the entire black ops game..

1 kill will always be equal to 1 death (not including suicides)

Here is the formula:

X = Total Kills
Y = Total Deaths (from another player)
Z = Total Suicides

Kill Death Ratio = X / (Y+Z)

The formula could also be this as the total kills will always equal the total deaths..

V = X (Total Kills) = Y (Total Deaths)
Z = Suicides

Kill Death Ratio = V / (V+Z)

Formula for this is.
W - X - Y = Z

W-Total kills
X-Total deaths
Y-Total Suicides
Z-Answer will always be Negative(-)

(+)W and (-)X will cancel because for every kill there will be exact same kills and deaths (not suicides). Y is suicides, therefore it's going to be negative. I hope people understand and Skrillex is right.
So this will be the inequality..
W - X - Y < / = 1.00k/d
