ima noob to blackops modding, i've been seeing alot of hacks and mod menus and stuff like that, but i dont understand, is it for online?
can i use it online or do i need to use it on my CFW ps3?

and if i can do it online, like on 1.13, with data transfer or whatever, how? sorry if i sound like a noob cause im new to this.

The black ops CFG mods only work offline on a cfw ps3 because the game must be running from a backup. If you data transfer, your mods will not work for 2 reasons:

1. The eboot isn't signed for OFW
2. The CFG files won't even be there because you can't boot backups on OFW.
