This isnt work online just on xLink Kai and I see what you did here: take the cfg from thesilent,xflamed and the eboot from maxx and changed some colors

You boot the game from a backup.

Why does the names come up and no menu?

Copy all of the files, not just the buttonconfig.cfg.
