Yes you can still do it on PS3. They don't patch easter eggs man.

I did the full Easter Egg yesterday (ps3).

i did the easter egg yesterday only took 2 hours of extra game time worth it to get all 8 perks permanently you just run into a pile with with your friend ray (raygun that is) and anhilate them all
