And if not is there a patch, black ops aint banning people for or is there a way to avoid being banned....thankz

Their offline, except for the colored classes maybe, but that doesen't give you an unfair advantage, and they won't notice you.
IF there were a mod to give you that advantage, you would probably get banned.
