I tried to play Moon on Co Op,and I didnt hawe the Golden Rod,even when I spawn as Rictoffin??? What is the problem??

I also tried to play with four friends Moon,(only I hawe done CotD easter egg,but not my friend)
and why I dont hawe the golden rod?? (two players on my PS3,and two on friends PS3)

So my question is: Do I hawe to do the CotD and Shangri la EE to hawe golden rod on Moon?? On co op and with four players???

The Host need's to have the Shangri-la and COTD Easter eggs done.
