There is no way to do a hack on BO, if you did would get Perma Ban on the PS3/Xbox

m8 u can when black ops came out it was a 15th prestige hack and a cod points hack in a eboot last week i done it but this how you put the eboot in go on spilt screen go into match and press select then quit match do data tranfer make an account got on it and u wil be 15th with 9billion cod points soon you get banned but then remember email password put on account diffent ps3 and done

Try booting with a 1.6 PKG File for your region, then you wont get the error make sure you use the patch blocker on your online ps3
