Black Ops - BIN Editor

What it does:
-Opens fresh .BIN/.self/.elf files and edits them
-Saves the current file as a fresh .BIN file
-Unself .BIN/.self files
-Make_self_npdrm .elf files
-Patch RSA signature in .elf files
-Patch .ff files to enable the use of button binds

How to use it:
-Open any unmodified .BIN/.self/.elf
-Edit the GRAD0 files
-Save file as a .BIN

Bugs:
-When saving the file, make_self_npdrm will crash if you save the .BIN file as anything other than EBOOT. To fix this problem, just always save the file as EBOOT.

I've been having a hard time with mp, I put the codes in MP or CM and I go on mp on 1.13, but no xp has changed in any gamemode? Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

What XP code are you using? As only a few work, which are Domination Dvars.

How do i get online xp mod if i use the sp eboot and put xp code in cm then i load change sensitivity get save and go on 1.13 but mods arnt there

do it manually then, much more reliable than any tool ive seen yet

I use the code for kills, and capping a flag in domination. "set scr_dom_score_kill "10000" and
set scr_dom_score_capture "10000"
but I don't know what part you put them in I've tried both CM and MP with the codes in them, went into mp started a private match captured a flag on dom, but the xp I got was only 150.
