3ARC's Tactics:

1) When 3ARC released Black Ops they constructed the game in such a way to never EVER alow temporay xp game stats to EXCEED 59,499.

1.A) Whats does this mean? you will never be able to get more than 59,499 xp in a game (every game type) or it WILL NOT upload the stats.

2) Located in the latest MP patch_mp.ff are compiled .CFG files (Configuration) which will reset any tempory BUTTON BINDS.

2.A)Also Most Vars selected by the dev's of black ops will be reset when black ops is loaded this was commenced to prevent GPD mods on the xbox version of the game (jump_height, g_speed etc etc).

2.B What does this mean? you cant simply add any dvar to the EBOOT you want because most of them will get reset unless you know which ones to use.

Ok So Thats Everything You Need

Prereq's:
1) Have some sort of file manager available rather it be FTP or not
2) Have unselfed the t5mp_ps3f.self to a t5mp_ps3f.elf
3) Have the 4.11 spoofer installed on your 3.55 ps3
4) Have Data-Transfered from your 4.11 to 3.55 PS3
5) Have Deleted Any Current Save Data For Black Ops

YOU CAN NOW OFFICIALLY MOD YOUR XP EBOOT WITH BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF THE GAME AND ITS PATCH'S STRUCTURE
