NOTE: This file exceeds 1kb size, so you have to put all in GPAD_SP except for Bind BUTTON_BACK, put this one in GPAD_CM, it should works fine...these are the codes I'm using at the moment

How to Use
-Download my EBOOT.ELF
-Download PKG toolkit Gui (or every else pkg builder)
-Open PKG toolkig Gui and follow the instructions on this screen:

-Replace with your game id (es. BLES01031,BLUS30591,BLES01032...)
-Click on "BUILD"
-Install 1.02 Update on your 3.55 ps3
-Put on EBOOT.BIN
-Start up black ops and by main menu, change sensibility
-Quit the game and take the save, put it on usb
-Resign with exploder
-Enjoy your mods
(patch.ff needed, follow .Choco tutorial for tut)

Sorry for the noobish question but, Does this works if a manually put the codes in GPAD0_SP and GPAD0_CM?
PS: I don't have a jailbroken PS3 but I have done this in COD4 before but don't know if it could work here.

here the GPAD0 are encrypted, so u can't , but is the same concept as cod4... i know derek LOL I'm removing them right now..

One last question, if I delete the file and bypass the patch with a proxy will I have the same problem?

Not. Cause u cannot access servers without 1.13 EBOOT.BIN
