So if i was in the xp lobby will i be banned as im not the one hosting it and didn't want it but im not going to say no cause i don't really enjoy playing im just trying to get to 15th

There is a chance either way. Treyarch are really determined in banning those who are hosting, so you have a much less chance of getting banned than them, yet at one point as people have said, gamers who were simply sitting in a party for 10 minutes who had never been in a lobby were getting banned. So, you may, you may not. If you didn't host, you're less likely to. :y:

and wait for black ops 2 to come out as treyarch are still active if any hosters are reading this

also i play legit from day level 1 sowould seem normal but as i was level 17 and went to 50 and that is a big jump and may look abit odd

K/D 1.67

Im not sure if that looks legit as the average person takes 1 day to prestige and i can do it in about 3/4 of day
