And yes this is real. You need to overwrite the img_patch.pak and you must have the Discovery map(First Strike DLC). Thats the only map it works on. This mod is just for teh lulzz. No one else can see it. So... yea.
I can do ANY image(camos *cough* *cough*) for any backed up COD. If anyone has one, PM me.

That's weird how he done that... I know pak modding is for your own benefit and will not affect anyone else while in the same game... Noway did he do that through pak modding

It couldn't be a .PAK Mod as It's only client side as in only the person with the modded pak can see it. ( woks the same way as a PC Camo mod) Unless he somehow found a way to somehow send the image across to the other players when loading the map, which I highly doubt that. Unless there's a Troll face in Black ops game files

if only the files wernt stored on the blueray disk it could be possible. it can be done the same method as pc modifications that are downloaded via connect. but more than likely they`re not running on dedicated servers and removed the options.
