On Xbox they all have member, mostly there dev teams. As on Xbox IW has FourZeroTwo in it, the Ban clan has, BanStache, BanCandy and more.

On Xbox there is a load of them:
Treyarch, IW Enforcers, infinity ward, beachhead, raven software.
Sons of Makarov (clan op testing) and a couple more.

They were all given clan level 50 due to being an official part of the game.
