Well, to begin, I cannot follow directions apparently. Or you guys are doing shitty tutorials. I believe there was a tutorial team at one point...Wtf happened to that?

I've Googled, and I've followed several tuts here on NGU to figure this Black Ops Mods shit, and sadly, there is nothing. I do it a T and I still have nothing. Can anyone post, or make a video of decency to provide a better tutorial I can follow? I assume to host XP, as well as doing the Zombies mods are the same way. I've been gone for over a month due to training for a new job, and during the weekends I'd come home, I tried to do that, but I failed. Any help would be appreciated, and if any of you post a 5 sentence tutorial, NOT what I'm looking for as I've created an entire thread asking for help in the wrong section. If any of you have grammar skills, or can write a thorough tutorial, it would be appreciated. :y:

Ok. Well then your mods can not be played online. A jailbroken PS3 is required for that, all you can do is play on the following:

Singleplayer
Splitscreen (Offline)
Lan Play

Still no tutorial. :fa:

I've read all of your comments. I have three PS3's dude. One's jailbroken, but aside from that, I still can't figure this shit out.

What exactly do you need help with? Are you trying to make your own mods? If so, i wouldn't. There are plenty of save games on here already. If you need help on just trying to get these to work then let me know so i don't waste time writing a tutorial that you don't need.

Ok, I will go through it as best as I can, once again.

1.) Get on your Non-Jailbreak PS3
2.) Put your usb in your ps3
3.) Go to "Saved Data Utility (PS3)"
4.) Find your Black Ops save and press Triangle and Copy.
5.) Now your Black Ops Save should be on your usb.
6.) Find a modded game save on NGU to use and download it. Make sure it has a patch that goes along with it. (By patch I mean a patch.ff file as long as a modded game save)
7.) Now you want to use xploder (You either have it and know how to use it or you have to find someone who does)
8.) Then you will get your new game save and put that on your usb and keep it aside.
9.) Now you want to get on your jailbroken PS3
10.) You want to open up Black Box (Remember the IP on the screen)
11.) Now get on your computer and open up Filezilla
12.) Type in the IP on the screen to where it says Host and hit "Quickconnect"
13.) Then you want to go to dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30591/USRDIR/english
14.) Remember how I told you to pick a mod with a patch? This is where you put it. You click and drag it over (in the english folder) and hit overwrite.
15.) Once it says directory listing successful or has black text in the box you can close the program.
16.) Now you just want to Data Transfer your Jailbroken PS3 to your playable one.
17.) Ok, now that is done go back to the "Saved Data Utility (PS3)" on your non-jailbreak
18.) Put in your usb and install the new modded Game Save that you created or received from xploder. (Not the original one or the modded one you wanted, it will not work)
19.) Then you want to copy that game save over (Triangle>Copy) and sign out of PSN.
20.) Once you have signed out and copied your Modded game save over you want to start up Black Ops.
21.) Now go to "Zombies" and Playstaion Network
22.) It should sign you back in and this is fine. (You want this to happen so you can play online!)
23.) Now you can play or host a modded online zombie match.

Note: In order to install the mods again (they don't stick or stay) you need to install the modded game save again.

Note: If you can not press any controls (e.g. you are pressing R1 and it's not shooting or any other commands that are not working) you need to switch the button lay out to default or whatever one you use.

Note: If I still have not help you please tell me what part you have gotten stuck on and to the best of my ability I will try to help.
