edit killstreak,health,score and more

im slightly confused... why does leveling up in Combat Training help ANYTHING????

OHHHHH, I suppose it HAS to be on an account with less then 4 hours played right?? I'm 12 prestige and i cant be bothered with ranking up anymore lol
