Hey when you said delete your gamesave do you mean your update for the game or your profile on save data utility ??. Because i deleted the gamesave but my winstreak is 0 and my killkstreak is 0 as well.

Delete your profile on save data utility, then play online games to improve your win & killstreak :y:
