To not be banned only use Bind2 for all buttons and Bind just for select and start.
These are my binds, i use them since two week and i am not banned.

LEFT to activate menu 1 with UP noclip, down god, left notarget, right menu 2
RIIGHT to activate menu 2 with UP delete, down demigod(to look legit), right health to 100000 for zombies spawned

SELECT spawn some weapons, it doesn't work it you are not host.

Give ammo is the only one that you can use to not get banned? How about dropping guns will that get you banned?
