I think you can't get out of Kino without mods. Not sure if there was a way before the patches.

you have to lag switch yourself out and you cant be the host to do it you jump on the bottom board with no other boards there just the bottom one and press start and triangle and itll pause and open your freinds menu but youll see it lag its the window that its for is the one thats behind the stage that back door you go up those stairs and its the first window on the left when you go up the stairs
