Let it load then go to player match and spam circle to back out right away before the bubble pops up that resets your level and stats. Repeat that about 5 times then go to player match again and spam x until you are sitting in a pre game lobby for team deathmatch. Play a full game of TDM then go back to a party and your prestige, level and stats should stick.

Oh nvm i fixed it acctually was a xploder mistake. Umm when it says you have been can't connect from Black ops server does that mean you've been ban?

If it says you can't connect to black ops servers that probably means the account has been banned

Is it a permanent ban?

Yea the account is permanently banned. If you make a new account though you shouldn't be banned on the new account unless you got console banned

when i do this should i delete the gamesave and the pkg or just the pkg

You could delete both if you want but I don't think that's necessary.
