There is always a chance of it. But more than likely not. It all depends on if you do leaderboard modding. Other than that no real tracing can be done.

Your taking a chance at modding a game that the tos says. Changing this game from how we make it for you to be.. Will cause an issue being warned via temp ban or perma ban.

It'd take a lot for them to actually ban you for just being in the game. So chances are no.

they have stoped the banning system on black ops now because of black ops 2 I am not 100% but I have been hosting modded zombies online with randomers and I haven't been banned yet I've been hosting xp and zombies now for 2 weeks almost and its impossible to get banned for only been in risk your all good m8
