So I need to do the Shangri La easter egg but I have no-one to do it with as you need four people.

So I was wondering if it was possible to do the shangri La Easter Egg if you had a zombie mod (which I do)

Nope. A person had tried to use noclip and just get the meteor. It wouldn't allow him to. You can't start the easter egg without all four people, and would need extensive scripting knowledge to change the layout of the game to already give you the eight perks.

I wish there was.

i dont know but that trophy is a B**** to get. it was my last trophy till 100% and took like 10 trys
