To use just install the pkg of your region and instead of data transferring just follow with Chocos tutorial as you normally would.Credits to Choco for the prestige hack.

AS OF 10/2/12 FUCKPSN HAS BEEN PATCHED SO THESE WILL NO LONGER WORK AS ITS ONLY FOR 3.55. IF YOU STILL WISH TO DO THE PRESTIGE HACK FOLLOW CHOCO'S TUTORIAL USING HIS PKGS.

It does work I tested it myself before I posted.Make sure you are running Kmeauw cfw.
