i have been using the same binds for over 3 months and never got banned for them

i mod zombies still and im fine lol,,, you most have a code that gets you banned or are just very unlucky

Nah my Ps3 had it's blue-ray die on it and my phone company which had a bundle promotion on if you upgraded you got a 160gb ps3 so I upgraded.
