Reason being because it always connects to my friends when the host backs out because they have an OPEN Nat type & the only way it connects to me is if everyone backs out of the game & rejoins. . . iSearch millions of videos but haven't found one. Can anyone tell me a SIMPLE way to change the NAT type to TYPE 1 [OPEN].

Mate, you need to forward black ops ports from you router in order to be able to get an open NAT type. Either that or make a static IP for your PS3 and then add it to your routers DMZ.

Where do iForward it at portforwarding.com? & no your probably like 1st prestige. The XP lobby is 500 because if iPut it more iWill get banned.....

first off nat type 1 is pppoe ( point to point protocal over Ethernet) and u can only get that by setting up ur modem that way and having ur ps3 plugged directly into the modem.. but to get open nat type u could just forward ports on ur router, set a static ip for ur ps3, set ur ps3 dmz host. to forward ports go to portforward.com and select ur router and model and select black ops then u open a new tab and log onto ur router and on portforwd it will show u what ports to forward on your router and how to forward them.. things like that.. i hope i helped clear that up some
