(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); First you select the 4th Prestige Fill on page about 25 or something about that. Then press R1 to get the outline of it. Then you'll see 2 lines coming off the top of the ax and 1 of the bottom. Then pull the whole part of the outline except for the 1 line of the bottom and keep making that bottom line really small until it looks like it moving and just make alot of those. (If you make the line red, spread the lines out a little bit and use a black backround it comes out best)

this isnt my video.... but only thing is the bottom line works better and you need to make the lines alot smaller

And how is that supposed to look like they are moving...?

whoever recorded that used like a calculator....its really obvious when you do it on your own and he made the lines too big they have to be really small
