Snipers have never been useful or good.
Marksman rifles look pretty good they are just semi auto snipers as a class doing what they are meant to be doing.
Bolt action snipers look pretty good but to get the game no idea.

InfinityWard always have the best sniping, from the trailer we saw no Bolt Action we saw only the marksman rifles I think (not sure).

You ever play competitive? Snipers are very useful and used alot. They may not be useful to you because you may not be very good with it is all.
