Its really no different from what he did and I'm pretty damn sure you as well as other big YouTubers did the same thing hes doing in order to gain a following. I think you're being a little to harsh.
My point I'm making is below v
I'm not on about the whole re-uploading thing, primarily he doesn't have permission to upload the content.

You know Wondoh, regardless if they did or didn't, I didn't upload the video for the purpose of the gameplay only; if I did, then you would have a valid argument. I uploaded this video to discuss the perks in the game; you'll be listening to my voice and reading the perk images more than paying attention to the gameplay, for my sole purpose was to discuss perks. Therefore, I could have did this over a typical BO2 gameplay and still get the same results, same views, and the same reactions.

Thats not my point, if Activision wanted to, and they still might, they can strike your video as you don't have permission from them to upload Ghosts gameplay.
When I go to early DLC events and capture gameplay, our channels are given permission to upload the gameplay early, if anyone else uploads it, they can get striked as they weren't given permission.
Thats the point I'm trying to make, you're risking a strike on your channel by uploading content you don't have permission to use as you are basically stealing the video.
