They get invited to events for a reason and the ability to record exclusive gameplay, not for someone like you to come along and steal it.

No, actually mp1st allows us to use their gameplay for reasons like this. Please get your facts straight as larger youtubers that werent invited uses gameplay from this website as well.

You know Wondoh, regardless if they did or didn't, I didn't upload the video for the purpose of the gameplay only; if I did, then you would have a valid argument. I uploaded this video to discuss the perks in the game; you'll be listening to my voice and reading the perk images more than paying attention to the gameplay, for my sole purpose was to discuss perks. Therefore, I could have did this over a typical BO2 gameplay and still get the same results, same views, and the same reactions.

This is almost the same type of argument that LOTS of big YouTubers do which is re-upload trailers and shit, I mean cmon look at AliA, TmarTn they re-upload almost everything. Its really no different from what he did and I'm pretty damn sure you as well as other big YouTubers did the same thing hes doing in order to gain a following. I think you're being a little to harsh.

Thats not my point, if Activision wanted to, and they still might, they can strike your video as you don't have permission from them to upload Ghosts gameplay.
When I go to early DLC events and capture gameplay, our channels are given permission to upload the gameplay early, if anyone else uploads it, they can get striked as they weren't given permission.

Thats the point I'm trying to make, you're risking a strike on your channel by uploading content you don't have permission to use as you are basically stealing the video.

Ahhh I gotcha, I don't know the Ins and Outs of the YouTube scene regarding policies and such but yea it does make sense.
