I dont care about dedicated servers. Doesnt really occur to me. Doesnt matter if i lag or not. I like COD just the way it is(BOII only. All others are Mod friendly)
With dedicate servers modding would be next to impossible for the masses, you may get a few people who make private hacks but public Not gonna happen.

What are you talking about? Smoother game = reduced lag = not choppy = dedicated servers.
I'm not sure if you have a clue of what you're talking about, but dedicated servers are servers thats sole purpose is to host a games server client. There is no background stuff going on, nobodys on the network downloading shit or streaming youtube, those are the prime reasons for P2P connections to be shit. Normal consumers don't have the best internet so when little billy gets on the game and is live streaming and downloading shit while being host in game its a recipe for disaster choppy, laggy, shitty games.

However, peer-to-peer has many disadvantages:
It is very difficult to keep all peers synchronised. Minute differences between peers can escalate over time to game-breaking paradoxes.
It is very difficult to support new peers joining part-way through a game.
Each peer must communicate with all other peers, limiting the number of connected players.[3]
Each peer must wait for every other peer's message before simulating the next "network frame", resulting in all players experiencing the same latency as the player with the worst connection.
