How do you feel about the change, in my opinion i think it's a good thing because quick-scoping was over powered.

MW3 quick scoping is the easiest.

I like quick-scoping as a fun time thing, but I didn't ask people to 1v1 me, etc. I don't agree with the quick-scoping being gone. Just my opinion.

I really don't get why they need to take out "quickscoping", during ingame the snipers have the worst circumstances then any other player, it doesn't even effect how the match works.. even after they downgraded the sniper patch after patch it still hasn't effected the circumstances the way the other players deal with the snipers, it just made it even harder to be a sniper thats why they always go negative...

In my opinion they have made the snipers so unusable that in this next cod would be become so frustrating to use..

The "it doesn't effect other players" argument is sort of weird. I mean technically every weapon affects someone somehow.

I will say I don't think quick scoping was anymore than an annoyance ESPECIALLY when you have those idiots on your team. They are similar to pistol only guys. Annoying but that's it.

Sniping itself isn't just quick scoping. So it's not hard to be a sniper at all. The snipers are very effective and damn good. Clearly as a sniper you are at a disadvantage because BO2 maps aren't usually very big and the way Ghost works now and the multitude of flanks insure that being effective at sniping is difficult because it's not the easiest class to use.

That being said, quick scopers go negative because at any range other than long they are at a severe disadvantage. Also most quick scopers don't decide to do anything but quickscope no matter how bad or good the enemy is. They are okay with going negative and losing because in their mind they are beasts and every successful quickscope negates the 4-5 deaths it took to get that shot.

Sniping is fun and at times I will definitely try to get a gold sniper or two in every COD game. But I don't literally run around the map trying to pull 360 scopes and other dumb shit. Also the minute I see I'm facing a clan or the map isn't conducive to sniping I will switch weapons. Quickscoping didnt need to be removed. However, quick scopers remind me of those guys in Middle School that didn't want to play basketball, instead they wanted to keep trying to shoot half court shots and somehow found that fun

Quick Scope is gone but that wont stop the Youtubers and all the others Quick Scopers from stoping , No scope time !!!!!

Thank The Lord, maybe kids will use the sniper for how it's meant to be used, hardscope.

I've played a few times were I'm being called a noob becuase I hardscope, they clearly watch YouTube to much

I try my hardest to all aim and hardscope with the sniper, I don't see soldier running around in war quick scoping the enemy.

QSing will probably still be around. Given it'll be slightly different depending on what they do with it.

Personally, I liked it here and there. Mostly I liked going into a private match with a few friends and tearing each other apart. Online though, it ruined things more than it made things fun.
