My ps3 is 1000GB, running 4.46 Rebug CEX

I have multiman available for 4.46,
I have Fixed Permissions, I have BD mirror enabled
I disabled App_home just because i wanted to try more optons

I then quit multiman and go to 4.46 PSita Manager
load the game to BD... Click on it and i dont get a Update (if there is one)

screen goes black and blinks lightly 2 times in 3 minutes.

any suggestions? please
