From what I played camp and abuse the crap out of the spawns make sure all the gun fights are on your terms.

Most of the maps are big enough now that if you just stay on the outsides of the map and use a silencer, you'll pretty much go completely undetected. I would keep moving though until you're really close. The longer you stay in a spot and kill someone the faster they're going to catch on and solely come after you because you've pissed them off haha.

Get a good headset, use dead silence and awareness stay to the edges of the map

also use motion sensors and ied's that should help with the flankers
