what are my chance of being ban if i dont use the PSN Patch on CFW Rogero 4.50 when signing into PSN

It dosn't madder if it's it stealth or not, the only way that psn patch can block RTM tool is when you disable peek and pook and you are using a Mod Menu that need them to be active, unless it wont block anything.
