What we know that has been confirmed (via offcial MS/Sony/IW staff members)

Xbox 360 will get a 30-day Timed Exclusive for map pack 1 (and so will map pack 2)
as stated by a MS spokesperson

i underlined packs as further proof of at least 2 map packs coming for mw2

there is currently 2 Map packs Confirmed to be released as of this time, not only confirmed by Robert bowlhead aka FourZeroTwo in an interview with (im sure its MTV) but also from Microsoft executive Jon Schapper



Spring 2010 Is when map pack 1 is going to be released

As for the maps, Now there hasnt been any confirmation on maps, nor has any info been leaked, people have put their own ideas on the web AFTER they read an article From another Website

This Website were sent the drinks, which happen to have the spring 2010 as map pack 1's release date printed on the mw2 promo, no other information was given on the promotional soft drinks packaging
everything else is just hear say, if any info was leaked, it would spread across the web like a wild fire, please realize that

So seeing as its from bowlhead himself that the CoD4 (Aswell as new maps) maps in the vid are Fake, thats about as official as you can get, alot more credible than some made up fanblog rubbish, and until 402 says there is going to be a flashback map pack, stop posting this stupid rumour as i just proved its fake (at least for the time being)

i repeat, the names of maps and contents of map pack 1 that have been posted on youtube are FAKE confirmed by fourzerotwo himself

I just want some new maps, playing some these maps over and over is like getting gang raped by a pack of illegal mexicans.

they better have flashback maps..it is the sequel to modern warfare....shipment would be EPIC

HQ on shipment was nice. Was shipment ever used on any other game modes besides HQ and FFA? I don't remember playing TDM or Domination on shipment.

if thats the case why would robert bowlhead himself say its fake then? all mine are sourced from developers or MS/Sony staff, its legit.

you should know anyone can fake a email from a developer tbh, also, ive recieved emails from both IW and from XBL (when i was accepted for the last preview, so i will know if either of them is fake)

He would obviously say its fake so more people will buy them, so we dont know what they are, and make us want them more!

i think thats flawed logic, considering hes reaction when mw2 was leaked early, if it happened again with MP then he would act exactly the same
