not entirely true, but if your asking for these hacks online multiplayer then the above statement is true.

but if your talking ps3. single player and spec ops some hacks are available for spec ops multiplayer under the right conditions anyways here are some answers for you

god mode: no but close more like more hp available for single player and spec ops single and multiplayer spec ops under the right conditions

no clip: yes but its useless it basically puts you in spectator mode and all you do is float around and cant shoot your gun only thing you can do is fly though walls

give ammo: why would u need this if you can have unlimited ammo? how bout using one man army?

unlimited ammo: yes this is available but only for single player campaign mode

give all weapons: yes and no but short answer is no this does not work right
