Don't take my word for it but i think this can be done using the MPDATA hack. It may be possible to put the hex value for a certain killstreak reward in all of the 3 available slots. You would then have to follow the bypass tutorial and use a similar method to the prestige hack to be able to play online with it.

Sorry i just realised that this was done in split screen which means it should be possible using the MPDATA file to do as i said above.
