For Rust, this is my 1v1 class, with radar on. I've never lost a MW2 1v1 yet with this class:

ACR FMJ
Thumper

Marathon Pro
Stopping Power Pro
Scrambler Pro

On Rust, Scrambler really disorients your enemy who is most likely staring at the radar. I almost never confront my enemy. I lure him to the other side of the middle then shoot through the metal due to FMJ.

TAR21 Holo (or FMJ because there is a lot of cover in rust you can shoot through)
Magnum Akimbo
Marathon or Sleight of Hand
Stopping power (Lightweight Pro is good too)
Scrambler if radar on - Ninja Pro if radar off.
