Some of these perks are unlocked when getting to the pro level of another perk. For example: the ninja perk makes you invisible to heartbeat sensors after getting the pro level on it.

Well, if this is already in the system (and coded)
Isnt there a way to exploit them into you're console, (ofcourse PC, on xbox or ps3 isnt almost impossible)?

some of the LMG's FMJ says explosive rounds when you look at the gun...

You could probably pull this off on PS3 if you guess the hex values for PS3, but only if they are coded to the disc, but I'm not sure that you could use them online because they probably have unlock levels.
