I tryed this and found out that if you are a low level you are put with low level people, but with my main account you are put with anyone who has prestige, maybe this is an attempt from iw to try and make online gaming fair? Im not sure, but i defiantley think that next account i make i will not prestige it, hope this helped! :p

Its true, coz when I go into TDM games, I see other tenth prestige people, but when I join my nephews session, they are all noobs and sometimes I hear them saying "oh look, its a 10th prestige"

So, yes it does make a difference

I thought it was more based on score. But I suppose it could be like that seeing as most prestige hacker's aren't that good at the game anyway.
