It is not possibe to do so. One way is to get in a cagematch with a friend and do the AC130-streak.
Another way would be:

1. Go in a FFA with a friend
   
2. Meet togehter at some hiding spot
   
3. One of you lay down TI
   
4. You kill him
   
5. Finish
   

To get with a friend in a CM or a FFA game, incite him in the group-menu and then quick switch to a game.

Look in the auction section for somebody who does it for money
