could have been the UAV and not the care package. since the UAV is like a bird that goes unnoticed and is your "eyes in the sky"

Idk, I do know for a fact though that the care package chopper is called a "little bird" though. So im assuming thats what it is

they probably mean the MH-6 Little Bird which is the helicopter that the SEALs use in the campaign. (it's used for small observations IRL)
and the helicopter that brings in the care package looks ALOT like it.

still coudl have been diffrent as it would of said carepackage anyway got another kilstreak and some more cammos and guns for yous and a SECRET !

NO! remember on the story mission when your on the boat going after shepard? there repeatly refer to the helicopters as little birds and as soon as the first one appears you her shepard echo "finally...Friendly Little Bird inbound" so maybe thats where you get it?
