Explanation:

Care Package:

Pavelow/Sentry Gun must be the first one in the game
Also you must have zero deaths for this to work

Pavelow killstreak:

Many people know that the pavelow does not add to your killstreak. However there is something wrong with the coding and it lets you have a Ks added with your pavelow. Only if you have zero deaths and it is the first in the game.

i had it a few times were my Pavelows from CPs counted toward my ks,

Looks like zero deaths is the only constant.

if you call in a pavelow and get killed by yourself it counts towards next ks...

You didnt explain how you did it though.
