After numerous tests we noticed that flooding different IP addresses while playing MW2, has different effects on the type of lag the player gets.
For example:
Flooding 27.27.27.27 and 12.12.12.12 produce different effects on the type of lag you expierence in Modern Warfare 2.
So I tried flooding an IP that is close in range within my own. For example.
My IP address is a Class C IP address which means my IP address ranges from 192-223. So if I flooded the ip of 223.222.221.220 it would lag close to what a lagswitch produces. The IP does not have to be in descending order like a regular Class IP would be however.
So when flooding your IP with a UDP flooder, try to flood it within your range of your ip.
Here are some tools to help you:

https://mabsoft.com/nettools.htm<--- Has the most common UDP flooder from socom 2 that we all know of, but any UDP flooder works
As far as I know and from what NATE2KHAX told me, the default IP that users flooded was 27.27.27.27. However my amount of lag was different from NATES when he and I flooded that same IP.
Have fun! Hope you guys can use this for help in glitches or something.
EDIT: When looking at your own IP address, take the highest number and lowest number such as 223 and 47 and flood IP's such as 223.47.223.47, alternating the two. It's really weird how the range of IP's that you flood give you different lag effects, unlike in SOCOM II where the IP of the PS2 was used directly. Using the xbox360/ps3 ip will not work in this same way, which is very weird.
EDIT#2: When you flood the IP, it should give you 3-4 seconds of no connection, after that time is up you start teleporting and eventually lag out. Use that 3-4 seconds of lag in glitches.
