yah, its the ratio, 200% means you hit 200 times per 100 misses, 2:1 = 2/1 = 2 = 200%

John, Jayzeed explained it about as well as it's gonna get. You shoot two people with one bullet and that's a 2:1 ratio. Resulting in 200%.

In theory it SHOULD work, but they might have changed it since cod4 and whatnot.

They changed it so no matter how many shots you hit it will always be 100%. The 2 above accuracy are probally hacked.
