yeah they would work, BUT because your patched memory is different than other users, the matchmaking will ONLY put you in a lobby with people who are on the same patch as you. (meaning you would only be able to play with people who are blocking the current patch also)

Just like bmxdude said, They will still work but you wont be put in a normal lobby.

When you delete the patch and bypass it puts you into the 1.0 server, The first sever up.
And everybody else unless bypassed will be in the new updated server.

So yes it will work, But you will never get nobody in your game unless you get people to bypass with you.
