I'm 99% sure you get the spinning 10th prestige emblem for completing all of them.

I don't think he unlocked it because he's on PC and he probably hacked it so he has all titles and emblems already,maybe?

yea shadow rida m8 you have to complete ALL chalenges in the multiplayer game to get the rare spinning 10th emblem

All prestige challenges also include the ones for every damn gun .People keep forgetting about those. I think it's 1000 headshots and kills per gun .Even boosting daily takes a long damn time to do this.

For spinning 10th symbol I'm pretty shure it is get ALL gun prestige challanges and everything under prestige

thanks m8 exactly what ive been saying for a while on this forum, its ALL challenges need completeing

If the challenge glows green, you have to complete it, takes awhile as on this pres I am only 2000/2500 for the intervention then I have like 300 HS's left plus many other things, seems like it would take forever even if you boost.
