If i go down to prestige 8 or 9 will i lose
all my stuff permanently?

Guns - Sometime's untill you get back to the current level.
Title's/Emblems - No you will keep them, Even the 10th prestige one's
Create a class slots - Nope you will keep these too, Even the one from 10th prestige
Online statts (all of them) - Again these will be the same
Stay at level 70 - No, You will go back to level 1
Killstreak rewards - Again, You will keep these, But you wont be able to unlock any untill you get back to the level you were before you did the hack. Example - if you was level 50 and you de/prestiged you will not be able to unlock any untill your level 50 again, But you will keep the ones you unlocked before.
