Yes, i can. I restarted the PS3 twice and logged into the game twice and still no update popped up.. The screen went black for a couple of seconds and then it started up the game.. set the video above

First of all 1.6.5.19.0 is 1.08, not 1.06.
And you can change the time and date of the PS3.

If your still playing on the 1.6 update you wont have nobody in a game with you because everybody will be on the 1.9 servers (latest update gets a new server)
