that is the same thing that happened to me the game had finger prints on it and after everygame i played it would freeze so i cleaned it off with windex and it started working fine

Mine was ****in up today too. No patch yet I just gave up and played some tekken 6. PSN was acting ****ed up too .

well my ps3 doesn't crash but it always logs me off of psn but im still in the game, so i have to sign on again and then continue playing. It gets annoying

Its your blue ray drive, does it do it with any other games? Try COD 5 out and see if it crashes. Its because IW thought it'd be good to not have a install option for the hard drive on mw2 and this is wearing down the drive as its constanly reading

The same thing was happening on the xbox the other day....just be patient and it should be fixed.

EVerYonE! its your disk bcuz when this happen to me like in last december. right after i cleaned my disk everything started to work right...soo ya its the disk

Fixed it by cleaning my finger prints of the disc.

I'm about to play a few games and see if I experience any problems. I've already had to have my ps3 replaced once because of the blu-ray going bad, so if my shit gets messed up ima be pissed lol
