I don't think it should matter if the convict uses the Tac Knife or not.
The convict could use cold blooded to avoid thermal, I didn't know what cold blooded did until the game came out so I just put lightweight in the video. HBS shouldn't matter if the Convict uses Ninja. Silencers wouldn't matter either, unless they wanna cripple the range of their shotguns.
